We typically ship most Monday through Thursdays. We will have reduced staff starting March 29th with daily shipping resuming around April 11th. Will I be responsible for customs charges?

Yes, you will be responsible for customs charges if your country imposes them. If you are concerned about such fees, please use the value of the items you are ordering to estimate this fee before you order. We have no way of giving you a duties quote as FedEx is not able to give us a quote before shipping since the customs fees can change at any time. We regret the inconvenience this causes but we have no way of controlling customs fees in other countries.
